The Flexible Access Meter (FAM) by Master Meter
The FAM is the only meter that offers a 360-degree range of installation and choice of connection methods. This meter's design allows faster (and less expensive) installation, and it eliminates the need to relocate piping in situations where the meter must be installed in non-level orientations. The FAM exceeds American Water Works Association (AWWA) accuracy, operating, design and material standards
Accurate (and Quiet) by Design
Maximum accuracy is designed into the FAM. The FAM Flow Tube provides a straight run of pipe upstream and downstream of the measuring element to condition the flow for maximum accuracy. Its installation flexibility allows the measuring element always to be positioned for maximum accuracy and extended life.
The FAM employs the multi-jet measurement principal, proven to offer the noiseless operation critical for submetering and inside-set utility meters.

Water Meters and Meter Registers for Submetering
Oscillating piston type water meters are the most advanced design positive displacement meters available. AMCO Water offers two models for submetering, the standard utility design
C700 and compact V100. The C700 is with maincase manufactured of either standard water works or low-lead bronze or polymer. The
V100 can be selected with a low-lead bronze or polymer maincase.
The C700's uniquely designed chambers, with dual-stage pistons, are custom engineered for performance exceeding applicable AWWA standards. Nylon materials are selected for strategically placed wear areas, providing long life and reduced noise. Indicative of the product's versatility, the C700 can be supplied with outputs for compatibility with any automatic meter reading (AMR) system: with an
InsideR™ Transmitter, Encoder for interface to on-site electronic reading, telephone or RF AMR, or
Digital Register for output to remote reading or pulse-input RF transmitters.
Because of its compact design and installation flexibility, the V100 is the preferred design for submetering. The V100 solves the problem of limited space in many submetering installations, designed with a shorter laying length and ability to be installed in any orientation. The V100 offers high accuracy at the very low flows typical of submetered services, with a minimum 95% accuracy at 1/8 gpm. For input to automatic meter reading systems, the V100 is available with pulse output.
For hot water ratio metering or a submetering system that measures both hot and cold water, AMCO Water offers the S130 single jet meter. The
S130 Hot Water Meter is designed for temperatures up to 195º F. The S130 offers high accuracy (± 2%) throughout the normal flow range and low flow accuracy (± 5%) exceeding AWWA positive displacement and multi-jet meter specifications. Both the hot and cold water models are available with pulse output for connection to automatic meter reading systems.
