Mrs. Sperla has been an integral part of Delta since she joined the company in 2001. Mrs. Sperla has worked her way up from Office Manager to her current position. As VP Operations Mrs. Sperla oversees all aspects of the operation of the company.

Paul Mazza

Mr. Mazza leads Delta?s expansion into new markets and oversees all aspects of customer relations. Working out of Delta?s Atlanta office, Mr. Mazza brings extensive submetering sales and client account management expertise to Delta, as he has more than 7 years of sales and account management experience in submetering and utility management services. Most recently, Paul served as National Account Manager for USI Energy promoting sales in both submetering and utility billing.

Ken Satterlee

Ken Satterlee has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including being a Senior Vice President and Principal with Burnham Real Estate Services since 1980. Ken has become one of the preeminent investment sales specialists in the southwest. Ken's experience has brought him assignments from as far away as Florida's sun coast, through Texas and New Mexico, Tucson, Phoenix and the greater Southern California region. His other activities have included board seats at a number of civic and social organizations including Braille Institute (ret.), YMCA (ret.), National M.S. Society (ret.), San Diego Taxpayers Association (ret.), and the Salvation Army (ret.).

Phil Dowley

Over the past 22 years,Mr. Dowley has held senior management positions with a number of early stage companies and acts as an advisor to many others in a wide range of industries. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Complexions Rx, an innovator in bringing advanced skin care technology to consumers. Mr. Dowley also co-founded Sassaby-Jane cosmetics, which is now part of The Est饠Lauder Companies, and was CFO of Brennan-Katkov Development, a major San Diego based residential development firm. Mr. Dowley is also an active real estate investor and developer and serves on the Board of Trustees of The Tariq Khamisa Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to stop youth violence. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
